WEEK OF 06.09.2025
PLAYERS OF THE WEEK
Liam had a solid weekend for the 11U group. He continues to be a leader on the defensive end and brings a tough, hard-nosed presence every game. Offensively, his game is really coming along—he finishes well around the basket and always competes with heart.
Kevin—also known as “Little Big Man”—showed out this weekend. He handled pressure, controlled the tempo, and got us into our offense consistently. Kevin has been with us for nearly two years, and his confidence and leadership continue to grow right alongside his game.
Tobe Ekwu had a breakout game on Day 2 vs. Cali Wave, finishing with 36 points and 18 rebounds. Huge weekend for the big man!
11U went 3–1 at Sports Academy, falling just short in the semifinals. This group keeps getting stronger every week!
12U/13U (Bronze) finished 1–3 but had a competitive weekend with several 6th graders playing up.
13U Gold went 0–4, but 3 of those losses were by just 10 total points. The effort and energy were there all weekend.
Next Up: G365 Valley Tournament. We’re bringing:
• Our 11U squad (right on the edge of a championship)
• Our 13U team (last time at G365 resulted in a 🏆)
