WEEK OF 10.20.2025
STRONG PERFORMANCES ACROSS THE PROGRAM
12U
Special shoutout to our 12U boys, who played in a two-game shootout and went a perfect 2–0 this weekend! This group continues to grow, mature, and come together with each event.
They won their first game in overtime after battling back from behind — a great display of resilience and teamwork. Their second game was a complete team effort, showing balance, composure, and chemistry from start to finish.
Grayson may still be in 5th grade, but you’d never know it from how he plays. Competing with the 6th-grade group full-time, he’s emerged as one of this team’s consistent leaders — setting the tone with effort, communication, and poise.
13U
Our 13U boys finished the weekend 1–2, falling in the semifinals, but taking another big step forward after some time off. The growth and chemistry within this group are starting to show, and they’re learning how to compete and adjust together.
Defensively, there’s still work to do — but once this team locks in on that end, they’ll be one of the most solid and complete groups in their division.
We’re proud of their effort, commitment, and the way they continue to trust the process.
14U
Our 8th Grade group will be competing this weekend at OGP in Orange County in a National Tournament. This team has grown tremendously this season — learning how to win tough games, play together, and handle championship-level competition.
We’re excited to see them back on the court and confident they’ll put together another strong performance as they continue to build toward their next level of play.
SAVAGE FAMILY NIGHT AT TOPPER'S PIZZA
This Wednesday, we’ll be hosting a Savage Family Get-Together at Toppers Pizza!
Location: Toppers Pizza
Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Bring your family, friends, and teammates — come enjoy some food, laughs, and great company with the Savage community. It’s a perfect chance for our families to connect off the court and celebrate how far our program has come.

ACADEMIC SHOUTOUT
Savage Basketball is built on both discipline and academics. We’re proud of our players who continue to show focus in the classroom as well as on the court.
Parents — send in your child’s academic wins (strong grades, improvement, or leadership at school) so we can celebrate them in next week’s issue.
Let’s stay focused and locked in as we prepare to compete this weekend!
